We have all been speculating about the future of the DCEU moving forward. We have all thought what was next. Well DC FanDome sure did give us our answers today. Sure they gave us more questions. But speaking for myself, these are questions that I am happy to have at the end of this groundbreaking day for DC. Sorry Arrowverse and DCTV. I know that it has now been established that all DC movie/tv content is now cannon, this post is all about the movies and sharing the trailers. Still love you DCTV, but the movies deserve the spot light here.

Yes we are not starting off with a trailer here but with all the news centering around The Flash lately, I felt that it was necessary to start here. I know that this is not a trailer, but take what you can get. We did get some behind the scenes information today at DC FanDome. Give it a look, I promise you'll like it.
WONDER WOMAN 1984

How do I describe Wonder Woman 1984...I can't. Watch this trailer. Cheetah looks great. Wonder Woman's new suit is spectacular. Steve Trevor in parachute pants...it's meant to be a joke. Honestly this may be me being a huge DC mark but I only feel excitement for this film.
BLACK ADAM

Understandably we could not get a live action trailer at this time due to the COVID restrictions, but thank you DC and 7 Bucks Productions (Dwayne The Rock Johnson) for putting something together that we can all see. Boy was it something. Shazam and the rest of the DCEU superheros truly have someone to fear.
THE SUICIDE SQUAD

This is not a reboot. It's obvious since we have enough returning characters. We all know this. Will this be better than the first Suicide Squad, it sure as hell looks like it. That is not taking anything away from David Ayer or the cast. The first go around was the studio's fault, again we all know that. This looks like a none stop thrill ride and seeing the cast and crew being as pumped as they are for its release only fuels my expectations.
THE BATMAN

I cannot believe how great this movie looks. The suit looks better than expected and I already thought that it looked great. We see shades of what can be quite a performance from Robert Pattinson. I am excited to see more of Jeffrey Wright's Commissioner Gordon. I am intrigued by Zoe Kravitz's Catwoman. This Gotham seems dark and mysterious and don't get me started on how much I love the Batmobile. I need to see more and I need to know more. This film cannot come fast enough.
JUSTICE LEAGUE: THE SNYDER CUT

The trailer opens with Darkseid. IT OPENS WITH DARKSEID! Are you kidding me? How awesome is that? Snyder does not hold back with this epic trailer of the Zack Snyder's Justice League (I don't care, that's what I'm calling it). I don't want to talk about it. I just want you all to see it. If you saw it, watch it again. It speaks for itself.
Thanks to DC Fandome, we finally have hope for a solid DC Film future and from the looks of it, it seems like the rich library of characters will be used the right way. The big news of the day for me was not just The Batman trailer, but seeing that Justice League will finally be shown the way that it was meant to be with the story that it was supposed to tell. I've said it before and I'll say it again, its a great time to be a Comic Book Fan.
