Long Island Spirits was founded in 2007 and is Long Island's first craft distillery. They the home of LiV Vodka, which is their most popular brand. That is not all that they do though. They have a wide variety of products such as whiskys and sorbettas. My personal favorite is the Pine Barrens Single Malt Whisky. All are incredibly smooth but the single malt has the best flavor in my opinion. I always buy a bottle when I am there.

They have a great tasting room with friendly bartenders that help you to get the best of the experience. The tasting room has a bar and TVs. You can also sit outside on the "Tasting Deck" with a great view of their 5,000 acre potato farm. They offer tastings of all of their bottled liquor and spirits while also offering delicious mixed drinks crafted from their fine products.

I recommend Long Island Spirits to all who enjoy a good drink and a tasting from the source. If you are in Long Island, give them a visit and I guarantee you will be happy.
